What is SeeMyData?

SeeMyData is a free new service that puts your housing related information securely on the internet. You can use SeeMyData to view your Rent/Leaseholder Account Statement, any Repairs you have reported plus Transfer Application details. SeeMyData also allows you to request Repairs and complete Repairs Satisfaction Surveys and features many other functions giving you and Optima Community Association another option for stronger, clearer communication.

How do I use this service?

To be able to use this service you must be a Tenant/Leaseholder of Optima Community Association and have a computer connected to the internet. You will need to register for this service. Registration and site use are free.

Security is important to us and you will only gain entry to the system if you register with us and then enter all logon data correctly. You are required to enter individual items of data correctly to gain entry to the system and you will only be able to see the information relating to your own tenancy/leaseholder account. More importantly no-one else will be able to see information that is personal to you.

How will SeeMyData develop from here?

We will publicise the date when this new facility will be live, but keep checking here to see any development.

SeeMyData is a constantly evolving system and a wide variety of additions and improvements is either under consideration or in the process of implementation.
